I'm Erica
I come from a long line of intuitive women, and Iʻve been deeply sensitive to the world around me for as long as I can remember. As a child, I often felt and heard things more intensely than those around me. What once felt overwhelming eventually became the doorway to understanding my own sensitivity, intuition, and healing gifts.
My journey led me to Sedona, Arizona, at a time in my life when I was healing from heartbreak. I knew the kind of healing I needed wasnʻt something I would find through conventional or traditional approaches alone. I was being called toward something more holistic-something that could reach deeper than the surface. Thatʻs where I experienced Breathwork for the first time, which changed my life. Breathwork helped me to see, feel, and trust what had been within me all along. It brought me back to a place within myself I had always known was there. That experience became a turning point and ultimately shaped the way I work with others today. I became a certified Quantum Shift Breathwork Facilitator, and from there my training expanded.

Now when I work with clients, I bring together the amazing power of Breathwork in almost all of my sessions, blending it with the healing modalities Iʻve been called to work with, while honoring the Eastern and Hawaiian healing traditions.
I specialize in working with highly sensitive people, empaths, healers, and those beginning to discover their own intuitive gifts, but I welcome all who are curious and seeking guidance. As a sensitive child who struggled in school, relationships, and making sense of a world I experienced so deeply, I now see that not fitting the mold was never something I needed to fix. It was a gift. Today, I help others embrace their sensitive, trust it and discover the gifts within it.
You already have the tools within you. Iʻm here to help you recognize them, trust them and find your own way forward. My intention is always to leave you feeling more connected to yourself, more empowered, and more confident in your own inner light.
