My journey into healing began at the age of seven when I was introduced to innovative modalities, inspired by my lineage of empathic women on my mother’s side. This early exposure to readings fueled my desire to explore various fields, including Quantum Shift Breathwork, psychology, spiritual practices, and Ho’oponopono.
After a significant life shift led me to a retreat in Sedona, Arizona, I established Pacific Healing and Wellness LLC, focusing on Quantum Shift Breathwork, which empowers individuals by releasing old patterns, finding their purpose, and facilitating transformation on all levels.I also come from a lineage of highly intuitive women from my mother sides of the family in which I was exposed to the metaphysical realms that touched on my roots. Additionally, I offer psychic readings and personal blessings, drawing on my diverse background to support clients in their healing journeys.
